Why did I get a solicitation email? Did RentLinx sell my email address?

No! RentLinx protects the privacy of your email address, and we certainly do not sell your e-mail addresses. In fact, we have numerous protections in place to prevent this exact type of solicitation, which is why you generally get so few. Unfortunately, there's not a whole lot we can do if a single user comes to the site, poses as a renter, and fills out a few contact forms with their sales message. We automatically cut them off after five, but they can still get a few off.
