How do I change the Date Available?

From your Manage Properties page, click the name of your property.

Click the "Edit Unit" link beneath that unit's information, or click anywhere in that unit's box.

Click "Optional Unit Information".

Scroll down to the "Accepting New Lease" and "Date Available" boxes. Change the availability date there, or add the availability date if the box is blank.

Click "Save" on the bottom right.

NOTE: The date available will only be saved if it is for a date in the future.  If you select a past date or today's date, it will revert to a blank space and will display as "available today".
