How do I change or cancel my subscription?
You can change the level and billing frequency of your subscription at any time. You may also cancel at any time. Here's how:
- Log in to your RentLinx account and select "Billing Information" from the lower left-hand menu.
- Click on "Change or Cancel Subscription"
- Select the level and the billing frequency you would like. Note that you may not be able to take a lower-tier subscription if your number of properties exceeds that subscription's limit (this is denoted by the blue question marks next to grayed-out options). You may also cancel your subscription from this page -- just select "Do not renew this subscription".
