How do I make my property active?
If you are trying to upgrade to Plus! and you received an error message that your property is not active, you'll to make sure to activate (advertise) your property before you upgrade. A few things to check:
- Is your account active?
- If not, you generally won't be able to do anything else in your account until it becomes active again.
- Is your listing paused?
- If so, click on the red Paused button and select "Activate listing" from the dropdown menu.
