You set your monthly cap by payment type (i.e. credit card). For example, when you upgrade 3 properties using the same credit card, you set a monthly limit for that credit card.
If you wish, you can divide that monthly cap manually between your Plus! properties.
You can adjust your cap, change which properties are Plus!, or cancel anytime.
You don't pay for duplicate leads or calls from current residents or vendors, and you will never pay more per month than the monthly cap you set!
