Where are my email leads?

Every time a renter fills out an inquiry form, we immediately send you an email.

If you are not getting your email leads, check your Spam and Junk folders. You may also need to contact your company IT Department and ask them to check the server settings and folders as well.

RentLinx closely follows the recommendations for sending e-mails offered by the Sender Policy Framework: www.openspf.org. The sender will always be listed as "mail@rentlinx.com" while the "From:" field will be listed as the e-mail of the prospective resident filling out the lead (so your replies will go back to them).

You should add mail@rentlinx.com to your email safe list.

Remember: you can always see a copy of each of your email leads when you log into RentLinx. Plus! clients can also listen to recordings of their phone calls.
