How do I update my email address?

Company Users:

1. Select "Company Users" from the lower left-hand menu:

2.  Click on your User Account Name.

3.  Enter your new email address and hit "Save".

Manage Properties:

If leads are being sent to an email address that you want to change, click on the property name or address, scroll down and update the email address in the "Leasing Office" at the bottom of your screen. ( NOTE: If your leads are set to go to the management company, then you only need to change your email address in the Account Settings, shown below. This will automatically update your email address in the listing.)

Account Settings:

1. Click on "Account Settings" in the lower left-hand menu:

2. Scroll to the section titled "Office Locations & Contact Information", and click on "Edit" next to your email address. (You can also add a new email address from here.)

3. Enter in your new email address and then click "Save".
