What is the Renter Portal and how does it work?

The Renter Portal is a feature that generates a custom site for you to advertise available properties to prospective residents. You get your own custom site that lists all of your available properties. The link to your custom RentLinx-powered site can be used to drive more exposure and traffic to your properties. It can also be shared on social media, in an email signature, in emails to renters, on business cards, and on company websites.

Q: How much are Renter Portals, and how do I get one?
A: There is no cost for the Renter Portal feature.  Here's how to access it:

Simply navigate to your "Manage Properties" page on  RentLinx and view your custom site under "Your Renter Portal" at the bottom of the page:

After clicking on your custom portal link, you will be brought to the home page of your portal.

Select the "Rental Listings" tab to see a map view of your available properties:
