How can renters put themselves on my wait list?

Renters who are interested in your currently leased-up units can put themselves on a waiting list on any RentLinx-powered website.

• Your RentLinx Renter Portal (located in the top right section of your "Manage Properties" page)
• ShowMeTheRent

Just tell renters to locate the property they are interested in, and click on the "Set Availability Alert" link.

When you mark a leased-up unit as available, RentLinx will automatically send an email to every renter who signed up telling them the unit is now available.
